World of Warcraft Best Novelty Items

In World of Warcraft, there are a lot of novelty items that are not helpful for the play but still wanted by the players for personal satisfaction. Most of the novelty items are or just offered during special events. This makes them prestigious. They can be sold in the auction house for a large amount of WOW Gold.

The Orb of Deception, one of the earliest-introduced novelty items, allows its holder to transform into a member of the opposite faction for 5 minutes. This can only fool fellow players, and may be useful when sneaking into enemy cities and areas, but cannot be used to access quests or rewards only available to the rival faction. This item appears randomly in the game, and it is not easy to find in dungeons related to the “Burning Crusade” expansion pack. Similar items include the Hook of the Master Angler, which transforms you into a fish and increases your swim speed, and the Time-Lost Figurine, which transforms the holder into an Arrakoa.

There are more than 100 companions or non-combat pets in WOW. Clockwork rocket bots and toy zeppelins make it possible for players to fight one another. Quest rewards such as the Bloodsail admiral’s hat or Don Carlos’ famous hat allows the wearer to summon a pet parrot or coyote. Other companions are only available during seasonal events, including Peddlefeet the flying goblin, Sleepy Willy and the pint-sized pink pachyderm. Mr.Pinchy grants players a wish in the form of a random item.

With Role-playing novelty items, players can control the behavior of other characters or make the player’s avatar to perform special emotes. The Piccolo of Flaming Fire will cause all player characters to dance. The Festive Gift will cause the receiver to laugh. Snowballs knock a player down. The Pet Rock and Voodoo Skull can be tossed from player to player.
